NYC Art Stop Letters Display 

Artist: Caitlin Keegan 

This eye-catching installation features large-scale letters spelling out “NYC,” filled with whimsical illustrations of native plants and natural elements. Created by artist Caitlin Keegan, this piece celebrates New York’s unique ecosystems and the beauty of everyday greenery. This project was commissioned by NYC DOT Art.

Branching – Car-Free Earth Day Poster 

Artist: Ishita Jain 

Branching by Ishita Jain is a vibrant poster honoring some of the oldest New Yorkers —the City's majestic trees—on the occasion of Car-Free Earth Day. Among the branches, people run, bike, and play on the streets demonstrating the intricate relationship between nature and the urban landscape of our beloved city. This project, now on display on 300 NYC JCDecaux bus shelters citywide, was commissioned by NYC DOT Art.

New York League of Conservation Voters (NYLCV)

NYLCV will offer educational materials and giveaways related to key environmental campaigns, including electric school buses, offshore wind development, and equitable access to parks and green spaces.

Visit the Tri-State Transportation table to learn more about congestion pricing and the “Get Around NY Act.” The organization shares how transportation policy can support more inclusive, sustainable, and efficient mobility across New York City and beyond.

Reimagining Streets as Public Space: NYC DOT & The Horticultural Society of New York (The Hort)

As part of the Public Space Equity Program, NYC DOT and The Hort have created a “pop up plaza” exhibition that includes movable furniture, custom floral installations, a Gratitude Tree, and other amenities showing how thoughtful design can foster community, creativity, and belonging in NYC’s most precious public space: its streets.

NYC DOT Street Design Manual – 4th Edition 

NYC DOT proudly launches the 4th edition of the Street Design Manual at the Summit. As the City's guide to street design, the Street Design Manual drives safer and more welcoming streets and public spaces. The new edition reflects the ongoing department-wide effort to incorporate equity into our streetscape design principles. An interactive digital tour will be displayed for attendees.

Virtual Reality Streetview: Exploring Streets with Vision Disabilities

Step into the shoes of a New Yorker navigating city streets with a vision disability. This interactive virtual reality simulation offers a powerful and empathetic view of the built environment through the lens of different types and severities of vision disabilities. Developed in partnership with New York University.

NYC Small Business Services (SBS)

Visit the Small Business Services table to learn how businesses can navigate government regulations, access capital, recruit talent, and connect to incentives. The organization highlights how SBS supports the growth and success of local businesses across the city.

LYFT 

The Citi Bike team will be sharing information about Lyft's community & equity programs across Lyft Urban Solutions' markets. This includes Bluebikes, Baywheels, Divvy, Capital Bikeshare, and Biketown.
